Agreement
These terms govern use of the Fixxit service at app.fixxit.ai and this website, provided by [legal entity name] ("Fixxit"). If you use Fixxit on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization. Where an organization has a separate signed agreement with Fixxit, that agreement prevails.
The service
Fixxit lets organizations upload their technical documentation and ask an AI assistant questions about it. We may improve and change the service over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term without notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Organization owners and admins control who has access and which role they have.
Your content
Your organization keeps all rights to the documents it uploads and the conversations its users have. You grant Fixxit a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you provide, including OEM manuals.
AI-generated answers
Answers are generated by an AI model from your documents. They can be incomplete or wrong. Fixxit is a reference tool and does not replace qualified personnel, manufacturer instructions or your safety procedures. Always verify safety-critical steps, including lockout/tagout and energy isolation, against the original documentation before acting.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fixxit to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access another organization's data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
